Our first session of 2026 is designed to build balance from the inside out—combining intentional strength work with yoga-based practices that cultivate stability, body awareness and nervous-system steadiness.
Each week blends:
strength training that supports grounded, confident movement including lunges, bottoms-up presses and Turkish get-up
yoga and mindful movement to refine alignment, awaken the feet and hips and connect breath with stability
somatic mobility work that improves joint control and smooth, coordinated motion
balance challenges that explore shifting, rooting and reorganizing through space
breath and focus practices that train inner steadiness and mental clarity

Rope flow is a low-impact movement practice where you spin a weighted rope in fluid, continuous patterns to improve mobility, coordination, and athletic timing, rather than jumping with it like a traditional jump rope. The practice involves using your whole body, particularly the spine and hips, to control the rope's movement through a series of underhand and overhand figure-eights and other patterns, fostering a sense of play, rhythm, and a "flow state". It serves as a form of full-body exercise and moving meditation, enhancing rotational strength and reducing stress.
