This is How We Roll - Small Group

Our small group training series offers focused, goal-oriented support in a fun, welcoming and empowering environment. Each 7-9 week session is designed around a specific theme or skill. Participants can customize their session by choosing from a variety of classes, such as: strength training, yoga, mobility, relaxation and more. Pre- and post-session assessments help to track your progress in real, meaningful ways.

With a limit of 6 participants per class, you’ll get personalized guidance from an experienced instructor, encouragement from a supportive community and the structure you need to build confidence and lasting results.

Classes taught by Kate are strength training sessions that will utilize kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, steel maces, suspension straps and more.

Classes taught by Charice focus on mobility, yoga and relaxation using a variety of tools and techniques.

KETTLEQUEST-Online

This virtual class is ideal for those who would love to join in on the fun at UPLIFT but aren’t local! All you need is a bell or two and some space to move around!

The mission of KettleQuest is to build strength and proficiency with your kettlebell lifts through progressive overload, expert instruction and challenging conditioning drills.

All experience levels welcome.

Class is held Saturdays at 7:30am EST

Intro to Rope Flow

Taught using the Flotron Method, this practice goes far beyond the physical benefits by reframing movement as an accessible daily ritual that rewires your brain for consistency, dissolves stress and expands your capacity for joy. 

Using rope flow to achieve flow state - complete immersion in an activity where time fades, self-consciousness disappears and individuals experience deep enjoyment and clarity - can lead to enhanced well-being and happiness, boost performance and creativity, reduce stress and improve focus.

This comprehensive introduction will give you the tools to start your rope flow practice immediately!

Full Moon Yoga Flow

The September full moon invites reflection and release—perfect timing to soften summer’s pace and step into fall with clarity.

In yogic tradition, the full moon symbolizes fullness, clarity, and the power of release. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and let go of what no longer serves us.

This all-levels class blends breath-centered movement, gentle flowing postures leading to moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar), and meditative pauses to support both physical and energetic balance.

Roll it out! Intro to Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is a simple yet powerful tool to release tight muscles, improve mobility, and boost recovery. In this one-hour introductory workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of self-myofascial release and how to safely and effectively use a foam roller for different areas of the body.

Foam rollers and mats available for use. Come ready to move, laugh, and roll it out!

Swingers Club

Short and sweet and a little sweaty, get down to business with this 30-minute session.

Following a mobility warm up, we’ll tackle timed and untimed drills that will help to build endurance, power and strength. Explore and refine the nuances of the kettlebell swing along with other ballistic movements to get the most out of these total body exercises.

Available as a membership for $60/month. Must take Intro to Swing before signing up.

All About the Base - Small Group

Get rooted and resilient with a focus on building strong squats and happy hips. 

From sit-and-stand to goblet squats to suitcase squats, we will explore many varieties of squats to help you find your strongest lift through a progressive strength training program.

Learn more about how going barefoot, ankle mobility, pelvis position and breathing can all work in conjunction to improve technique, resiliency and strength.

Start the session strong and make the most of your workouts with a Baseline Check-In. Dial in technique with form evaluations and determine the appropriate weight to lift for different goals. Gain strength and knowledge that will help you get the most out of every strength workout.
