
The B-Side - 24 Class Pack
Every great record has a B-side—the tracks you didn’t expect, but end up loving the most.
This 8-week session is a shift in perspective bringing our focus to the back body, the foundation, and the systems that quietly support everything we do. Our pulling strength, our grip, and the deep support systems that keep everything else working.
Throughout the session we will explore:
Posterior chain–focused strength work including deadlift progressions, rows, and carries to build pulling strength, hip power, and resilient movement patterns that support everyday life
Grip and hang training through dead hangs, flexed arm hangs, and carry variations to develop shoulder stability, decompression, and real-world strength that transfers beyond the gym
Mobility and integration to reconnect the full back line—from the feet through the calves, hamstrings, and spine into the shoulders—improving posture, reducing unnecessary tension, and supporting a more upright, efficient way of moving
Counter daily forward posture—creating space across the chest while building strength and support where it’s often lacking
Through this integrated approach, we’ll build a back body that does what it’s designed to do—
support posture without rigidity, stabilize the spine during movement, and transfer force efficiently from the ground up
The B-side isn’t secondary—it’s essential. And often… where the real magic lives.
Classes taught by Kate are strength training sessions that will utilize kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, steel maces, suspension straps and more.
Classes taught by Charice emphasize yoga, mindful movement, and therapeutic tools grounded in yoga and mindfulness principles.
Each class caps at 6 participants.
All experience levels are welcome.
About Your Credits
Credits purchased through this package include 24 classes and expire at the end of the May / June session.
Credits may be used for:
Strength training classes
Yoga and mindfulness-based classes
Rope flow
Eligible pop-ups
You are welcome to:
Attend only strength or only yoga
Mix strength, yoga, rope flow, and pop-ups
Follow the session focus closely or more loosely
Choose the combination that best supports your body, schedule, and goals.
Each class is capped at 6 participants. All experience levels are welcome.
Credits purchased through this package are good for 24 classes and will expire at the end of the May / June session. Credits are good for all weekly classes and pop-ups. Credits can not be applied to specialty workshops, private training, coaching, yoga therapy, or reiki sessions. Credits cannot be applied to classes taught offsite of the UPLIFT studio.

KETTLEQUEST
Class is held Saturdays at 7:30am EST Online
This virtual class is ideal for those who would love to join in on the fun at UPLIFT but aren’t local! All you need is a bell or two and some space to move around!
The mission of KettleQuest is to build strength and proficiency with your kettlebell lifts through progressive overload, expert instruction and challenging conditioning drills.
