From sit-and-stand to goblet squats to suitcase squats, we will explore many varieties of squats to help you find your strongest lift through a progressive strength training program.

Complement your strength work or just your daily activities with targeted yoga and mobility sessions designed to enhance foot function, ankle mobility, hip freedom, and posterior chain integration. Reconnect with your foundation, breathe into your base, and discover how subtle shifts in alignment and awareness can elevate your strength and restore your movement capacity.

This session is all about building from the bottom — feet, glutes, core, and breath — to support how you move through the world.

Classes taught by Kate are strength training sessions that will utilize kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, steel maces, suspension straps and more.

Classes taught by Charice focus on mobility, yoga and relaxation using a variety of tools and techniques.

Each class caps at 6 participants.

All experience levels are welcome.

Credits purchased through this package are good for 24 classes and will expire at the end of the session.

The mission of KettleQuest is to build strength and proficiency with your kettlebell lifts through progressive overload, expert instruction and challenging conditioning drills.

Swingers Club

Short and sweet and a little sweaty, our Swingers Club gets down to business with 30-minute sessions twice a week.

Following a mobility warm up, we’ll tackle timed and untimed drills that will help to build endurance, power and strength. Explore and refine the nuances of the kettlebell swing along with other ballistic movements to get the most out of these total body exercises.

Sessions follow strength and mobility classes so you can stack workouts to check every box!

Members who are also registered for the monthly Small Group Series can join Swingers Club at a 50% discount!
