Many of our small-group strength and yoga classes follow a two-month focus so you can build skills, feel progress, and see meaningful gains over time.

At the same time, flexibility is always part of the practice.

You’re welcome to join a full session or drop into individual classes as space allows. Choose strength, yoga, rope flow, pop-ups, or workshops—or mix and match in a way that works best for your body, your schedule, and your goals.

Because our classes are intentionally small, drop-in availability may vary—but that’s also what allows us to offer more personalized attention in every class.
