Hibernation Vibes: Deep Rest for Winter Bodies

This deeply restful class is designed to support winter bodies and busy nervous systems through fully supported restorative poses, gentle breath awareness and long, unhurried pauses. We’ll focus on warmth, comfort and letting the body settle—inviting rest without effort and stillness without expectation.
