
Thursdays in February at Hubbard Physical Therapy
Balance isn’t about standing perfectly still—it’s about how the body responds to change. This 4 week yoga session explores balance as a dynamic, adaptable skill and as a conversation between the body, breath, and attention. Using movement, breath awareness, and sensory feedback, experience balance as a whole-body process involving the feet, eyes, breath, and nervous system. The focus is on controlled movement and practical strategies that improve steadiness and confidence in everyday activities.
