May / June Weekly Strength & Yoga Classes

Every great record has a B-side—the tracks you didn’t expect, but end up loving the most.

This 8-week session is a shift in perspective bringing our focus to the back body, the foundation, and the systems that quietly support everything we do. Our pulling strength, our grip, and the deep support systems that keep everything else working.

Throughout the session we will explore:

Posterior chain–focused strength work including deadlift progressions, rows, and carries to build pulling strength, hip power, and resilient movement patterns that support everyday life

Grip and hang training through dead hangs, flexed arm hangs, and carry variations to develop shoulder stability, decompression, and real-world strength that transfers beyond the gym

Mobility and integration to reconnect the full back line—from the feet through the calves, hamstrings, and spine into the shoulders—improving posture, reducing unnecessary tension, and supporting a more upright, efficient way of moving

Counter daily forward posture—creating space across the chest while building strength and support where it’s often lacking

Through this integrated approach, we’ll build a back body that does what it’s designed to do—
support posture without rigidity, stabilize the spine during movement, and transfer force efficiently from the ground up

This is strength you can use:

  • standing and sitting with less fatigue

  • walking taller and with more ease

  • lifting, pulling, and carrying with better support

  • feeling more connected, balanced, and resilient overall

The B-side isn’t secondary—it’s essential. And often… where the real magic lives.

Classes taught by Kate are strength training sessions that will utilize kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, steel maces, suspension straps and more.

Classes taught by Charice are yoga classes that blend mobility, strength, breathwork and recovery to support how you move, feel and function in everyday life.

Each class caps at 6 participants.

All experience levels are welcome.
