
January / February Weekly Strength & Yoga Classes
Our first session of 2026 is designed to build balance from the inside out—combining intentional strength work with yoga-based practices that cultivate stability, body awareness and nervous-system steadiness.
Each week blends:
strength training that supports grounded, confident movement including lunges, bottoms-up presses and Turkish get-up
yoga and mindful movement to refine alignment, awaken the feet and hips and connect breath with stability
somatic mobility work that improves joint control and smooth, coordinated motion
balance challenges that explore shifting, rooting and reorganizing through space
breath and focus practices that train inner steadiness and mental clarity
Through this integrated approach, you’ll develop the strength, mobility and sensory awareness that make real-world balance possible—whether you’re navigating daily life, winter terrain or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body.

Classes taught by Kate are strength training sessions that will utilize kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, steel maces, suspension straps and more.
Classes taught by Charice are yoga classes using a variety of tools and techniques.
Each class caps at 6 participants.
All experience levels are welcome.
