Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a Japanese healing practice that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and well-being. Developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, Reiki is now practiced worldwide as a complementary approach to health and wellness.

During a session, the practitioner places their hands just above the body, allowing energy to flow where it is most needed. Many people describe Reiki as deeply calming and restorative, often leaving with a renewed sense of peace, clarity and vitality.

Benefits of Reiki


During a Reiki session you may experience warmth, tingling or a sense of calm. Some people feel energized, while others feel deeply relaxed—each session is unique. Reiki can support the body, mind, and spirit by:

  • Reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation

  • Encouraging emotional balance and clarity

  • Supporting the body’s natural healing response

  • Enhancing sleep and restfulness

Reiki is available in 30 or 60 minute sessions and takes place in a quiet, comfortable setting. You will remain fully clothed with the option of lying down or sitting in a chair.

30 MINUTE SESSION: $40

60 MINUTE SESSION: $70

Reiki is not a replacement for licensed medical care. Instead, it complements existing treatment plans.
