Celebrate Walk on Your Wild Side Day as we play with pathways into Wild Thing (Camatkarasana).

Strength meets play in this exploration as we build shoulder stability, open the front body, and experiment with new movement patterns that invite both power and freedom. We’ll build from the ground up with supportive progressions, giving you space to move, experiment, and maybe surprise yourself along the way.
