Our thighs help to carry us up and down stairs, kick doors open, bolt away from bears and stop the phone from landing in the toilet. There's a lot to love about this amazing group of muscles! Join us for a lower body extravaganza geared towards those gorgeous gams. From heavy kettlebell lifts to bodyweight Pilates work, we'll be doing it all to properly celebrate our amazing legs!
