It’s built through balance, coordinated tension, rotation, breath and power.

This session continues our exploration of integrated core strength — training the trunk to stabilize, transmit force and respond intelligently under load.

Across the session, our programming emphasizes:

  • Balance-based strength work including continued Turkish get-up progressions to refine cross-body coordination, grounded transitions and organized movement

  • Intentional tension training through hardstyle plank variations and dead hangs to build structural integrity, shoulder stability and grip strength

  • Yoga-based mobility and spiral movement to restore fluidity after load, explore rotation, and improve how the ribs, shoulders and hips communicate

  • Foot, breath and pressure awareness reinforcing how the core connects hands to feet and how nervous-system steadiness supports durable strength

Through this integrated approach, you’ll build a core that does what it’s designed to do — stabilize without rigidity, rotate without strain and generate power without losing control.

Classes taught by Kate focus on strength training and utilize kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, steel maces, suspension straps and more.

Classes taught by Charice emphasize yoga, mindful movement, and therapeutic tools grounded in yoga and mindfulness principles.

About Your Credits

Credits purchased through this package include 24 classes and expire at the end of the March / April session.

Credits may be used for:

  • Strength training classes

  • Yoga and mindfulness-based classes

  • Rope flow

  • Eligible pop-ups

You are welcome to:

  • Attend only strength or only yoga

  • Mix strength, yoga, rope flow, and pop-ups

  • Follow the session focus closely or more loosely

Choose the combination that best supports your body, schedule, and goals.

Each class is capped at 6 participants. All experience levels are welcome.

Credits purchased through this package are good for 24 classes and will expire at the end of the March / April session. Credits are good for all weekly classes and pop-ups. Credits can not be applied to specialty workshops, private training, coaching, yoga therapy, or reiki sessions. Credits cannot be applied to classes taught offsite of the UPLIFT studio.
