Our January / February focus begins January 4 and centers on building strength, balance, and mental clarity through smart strength training, mobility-driven yoga, and intentional pacing.
Every two months, we set a shared focus for many of our small-group strength and yoga classes so you can build skills, feel progress, and see meaningful gains over time.
That said—flexibility is always part of the practice.
You don’t have to commit to the full session or take both strength and yoga to take advantage of our 2 month credit packages. Join the session, drop into individual strength or yoga classes, or mix in rope flow, or pop-ups. Choose what works for your body, your schedule, and your goals.
