This is How We Roll - Small Group

Our small group training series offers focused, goal-oriented support in a fun, welcoming and empowering environment. Each 7-9 week session is designed around a specific theme or skill. Participants can customize their session by choosing from a variety of classes, such as: strength training, yoga, mobility, relaxation and more. Pre- and post-session assessments help to track your progress in real, meaningful ways.

With a limit of 6 participants per class, you’ll get personalized guidance from an experienced instructor, encouragement from a supportive community and the structure you need to build confidence and lasting results.

Classes taught by Kate are strength training sessions that will utilize kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, steel maces, suspension straps and more.

Classes taught by Charice focus on mobility, yoga and relaxation using a variety of tools and techniques.
